Please find below the Carterhatch Infant School’s Complaint Procedure in brief.
- Step 1 - If you are concerned about any aspect of your child’s education or welfare please speak to your child’s class teacher.
- Step 2 - If you are still dissatisfied please speak to a member of our senior leadership team.
- Step 3 – If you are still not happy with the response please make an appointment with one of our Acting Headteachers, Sarah Clements or Adrienne Barrell.
- Step 4 – If after following steps 1 – 4 you are still displeased you can follow the formal guidance outlined in our complaints procedure.
